Honey from hives in Willian

I keep honeybees in Willian, Hertfordshire, near Hitchin and Letchworth. The honey for sale (when available!) is all made by those hardworking bees. It’s minimally processed and never pasteurised. As the bees are free to forage where they choose, it’s multi-floral honey 🐝

Granulated honey

Honey may granulate over time. It’s a natural occurrence and shows that the honey hasn’t been heavily processed. Spring honey tends to granulate more quickly than Summer honey. It’s fine to eat granulated honey. But if you find your jar has set and you prefer your honey more runny than crunchy, it may be possible to return it to the liquid state with gentle heating, but please do not overheat it.

Allergens: My honey is extracted and packed in a kitchen which handles celery, cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, and tree nuts - however no such items are used during honey processing.
