Spring honey harvested from hives in Willian Arboretum.
This year’s Spring honey is darker than I’ve had before. Early customers have said it has a “complex” and “robust” flavour - so I think the bees foraged on hawthorn, as well as other blossom and flowers, this Spring.

Limited number of jars with black lids, most have gold lids. Please let me know if you have a preferred lid colour.
